Babysitting
Childcare can be arranged by a local professional licensed childcare service – call Child Care Connection directly at 403-760-4443. A minimum of 48 hours advanced notice is required.

There are commercial grade, natural gas barbeques provided for your convenience on the main deck, near the pool.
Outdoors
Beautiful natural outdoor gathering area that is adjacent to the pool and hot tub at Blackstone.
Business Services
Blackstone Mountain Lodge has limited business services available. Please contact Guest Services for more information. Within walking distance, at 512 Bow Valley is Canmore Business Services for all your business service needs. Call 403-678-1719.
Check-In/Out
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. An additional charge will be applied to your account for accommodation retained after this time. Late check-out requests must be made in advance through the Guest Services desk.
Children
Blackstone Mountain Lodge gladly welcomes children, however, we kindly request that children under the age of 16 be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Kids under 16 with a parent/guardian – stay free!
Cribs
Cribs are available upon request through Guest Services on a first come, first served basis.
Fitness Centre
The Fitness Centre may be accessed during Guest Services office hours. For safety reasons, children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the Fitness Centre. There are also a number of fitness facilities available during your stay in Canmore.
Hot Tub
For safety reasons, our hot tub is not open once the outside temperature drops below -20C (wind-chill combined temperature). The hot tub temperature is 40C (104F). Towels are provided in your Suite for hot tub use. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty at Blackstone Mountain Lodge – children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Housekeeping
Blackstone Mountain Lodge suites are self-catering, your suite will be cleaned
before your arrival and once you depart. If you are staying more than 3
nights, you will receive a clean on your 4th day. Each suite is
stocked with kitchen essentials, if you are looking for a specific item
please contact Guest Services. You may choose to have additional
housekeeping service during your stay, please contact our Guest Services
Agents to arrange.
Internet
All condos at Blackstone Mountain Lodge are equipped with complimentary wireless Internet access. Please note that the internet is shared access and Blackstone Mountain Lodge is not responsible or liable for any damages or computer related complications you may incur from using this shared network. Wireless access code can be obtained upon request from Guest Services. For guests without laptops, both the Cyber Web Café, Moose Cafe and Rocky Mountain Bagel Company offer Internet access stations.
Iron & Ironing Board
All luxury suites at Blackstone Mountain Lodge are equipped with an iron and ironing board.
Kitchen
Each condo at Blackstone Mountain Lodge features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Dish soap and a dishwasher have been provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that you clean all dishes, pots, pans, utensils and glassware you may have used prior to check out. Feel free to leave clean dishes in the dishwasher, should it still be running at the time of your check out.
Laundry
A washer and dryer are located in your suite; laundry detergent is available at the Guest Services Desk for a fee.
Parking
Complimentary, underground parking is available. To access the parkade, please use your room key. Overhead clearance is approximately 1.75 metres. One complimentary parking stall is provided for each unit. Additional street parking is also available.
Pets
Blackstone Mountain Lodge is pleased to be a “Pet Friendly” resort. We believe that your pet is part of the family. We kindly ask that you keep your pet on a leash outside your suite and that you pick up after your pet. Housekeeping service will not be provided if your pet is left unattended. A daily pet charge of $20 will be applied to your room account and you will be financially responsible for any damages that may be incurred.

Quiet Times
Blackstone Mountain Lodge is a family resort and we take pride in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Please respect your fellow guests and observe that quiet times are from 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.

Blackstone Mountain Lodge has an overnight security patrol.

Smoking
Blackstone Mountain Lodge is pleased to offer its guests a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Guests caught smoking may face a penalty fee.
